As a Residential Specialist, you will help create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment while building positive relationships with residents. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic and caring, yet understands the importance of maintaining professional boundaries and consistency.

Residential Worker Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision and involvement with clients
- Monitoring routines
- Supporting treatment goals
- Daily administrative and cleaning tasks
Residential Worker Requirements include:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass background check
- Must be 21 years or older to work at the Geauga Youth Center facility (Youth).
- Must be 18 years or older to work at the Transitional Living Center (adult).
Details:
- All positions will require at least one weekend shift.
- 2nd shift, 3rd shift and weekend shifts are available (18-24 hours per week).
- PRN positions are also available offering flexibility.
- $19 per hour and $500 sign on bonus.
- Incentive pay for holidays worked.
