Ravenwood Health is looking for specialists to join our team at the Transitional Living Center. Residential Specialists are critically important members of our residential team, and they provide support, monitoring and guidance in all activities. Job Duties Include:
- Direct supervision and involvement with clients
- Monitoring routines
- Supporting treatment goals
- Daily administrative and cleaning tasks
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have strong personal and professional boundaries.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrates professionalism with related professionals both inside/outside of the agency
Residential Worker Requirements include:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass an FBI/BCI background check
