The Role
The Disposition Manager will be responsible for selling Raven3’s deals — from single-family flips and wholesale contracts to multifamily buildings and commercial properties. This role requires a mix of sales hustle, real estate knowledge, and relationship-building.
You’ll handle everything from showings and negotiations to contract execution and deal closings. The goal: move inventory quickly and profitably while maintaining strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Disposition: Manage the sales process for single-family flips, wholesale deals, multifamily, and commercial properties.
- Showings & Tours: Coordinate and host property showings for buyers and brokers.
- Negotiations: Negotiate purchase contracts, terms, and pricing to maximize returns.
- Buyer Relationships: Build and maintain a network of investors, end-buyers, and brokers.
- Marketing: Prepare listing materials, sales packets, and manage online/off-market deal promotion.
- Transaction Management: Oversee contracts from accepted offer through closing.
- Reporting: Track disposition pipeline, sales velocity, and profit margins for leadership.
- Cross-Functional: Work with acquisitions and project management teams to understand each deal’s story and selling points.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or investment dispositions.
- Licensed real estate salesperson (NY) strongly preferred.
- Proven track record selling fix & flips, wholesale deals, or investment properties.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Network of active buyers/investors in the Hudson Valley/NY area a major plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented; can juggle multiple deals at once.
- Entrepreneurial and sales-driven; thrives in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
