Staff Accountant (Hybrid) – Manchester, NH
We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team in Manchester, NH. This is a hybrid position reporting directly to the Controller and playing a key role in the monthly accounting cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of Staff Accountant or related accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Experience supporting the month-end close process
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Controller with month-end close activities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
- Support audits and other accounting projects as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000–$75,000 annual salary
- Hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
- Opportunity to work closely with the Controller in a collaborative accounting team
