Job Title: Temporary Internet Leads Coordinator (In-Office)

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and respond to incoming internet leads (email, web inquiries, CRM systems)
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers/clients
• Route leads to appropriate team members and track progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
• Support scheduling, coordination, and administrative follow-up
• Assist with overflow administrative tasks as needed during busy season

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or lead management preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
