We're seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead key people initiatives while serving as a trusted partner to employees and leadership. Compensation

• $55/hour during the temporary assignment
• Up to $125,000 annual salary upon permanent hire

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage employee relations, providing coaching and guidance on workplace matters
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
• Drive learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational success
• Partner with managers to strengthen performance management, engagement, and retention
• Support HR programs, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven HR management experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, and learning & development
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
