Job SummaryThe Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, with primary emphasis on travel and expense (T&E) reimbursement. This role manages employee expense reports in Concur, ensures compliance with company policies, and supports overall AP operations including vendor invoices and payments. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end T&E processing through ConcurReview, audit, and approve employee expense reports for accuracy and policy complianceMonitor receipts, mileage, per diem, and corporate card transactionsIdentify and resolve discrepancies and policy violations; provide coaching to employees as neededSupport monthly corporate credit card reconciliation and allocation processesMaintain and update T&E policies within Concur workflow as directedProvide customer service to employees regarding expense submissions and reimbursement timelinesProcess vendor invoices, match POs, and ensure proper coding as neededAssist with AP aging, payment runs, and vendor statement reconciliationSupport month-end close activities related to AP and T&EMaintain organized electronic documentation and audit-ready records Qualifications3 years of Accounts Payable experience;Direct T&E experience requiredWorking knowledge of AP workflows, expense audit practices, and basic accounting principlesExperience with Concur requiredProficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumesExcellent communication and customer service skills Preferred ExperienceCorporate credit card program administrationPolicy administration or expense audit experienceMulti-entity or mid-to-large company experience EducationAssociate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Company DescriptionRaven Ridge is a full service recruiting organization based in NH.
