- Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial clients
- Conduct on-site visits to evaluate customer needs and present service solutions
- Build long term relationships with property owners, managers, and contractors
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close service agreements
- Collaborate with service technicians and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Required: Minimum 2–3 years of outside sales experience
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related industries is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
