YOUR DAYS AS A COMMERCIAL HVAC OUTSIDE SALES REP
nAs a Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Rep, you get out of the office and get into the field to meet with clients and boost our business. You reach out to current and potential clients to forge positive working relationships and to sell our HVAC maintenance, repair, and retrofitting services. Whether you're making outbound calls, answering inbound calls, or visiting people door to door, you always remain upbeat, friendly, and professional.
nYou set appointments with facility managers and meet with them to discuss our services. Using your HVAC knowledge, you thoroughly explain why our company is the best fit for the client's needs. As you bring new clients aboard, you serve as their account manager and personally ensure their continued satisfaction. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A COMMERCIAL HVAC OUTSIDE SALES REP

- 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry n
- Outside sales experience n
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs n
- Must be able to climb up and down ladders onto roofs for commercial facilities n
- Must be able to climb up and down ladders for residential sales as needed to support the residential division n
- Moderate lifting may be required (15-20) pounds n
- High-heat work environment n
