About The Position
- Work in a non-climate controlled environment.
- 12 Hour Shifts
- Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.
- Forklift experience "preferred"
- Uphold Ravago’s Code of Conduct
- Must have excellent attention to detail while weighing pigments.
- Mustbe able to understand schedule and use it to prepare upcoming blends in queue.
- Maintain/improve pigment room cleanliness and organization.
- Responsible for inventory counts in pigment room when needed.
- Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.

- While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to communicate verbally, read and comprehend information, and type when needed.
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry 55 lbs.
- Repeatedly reach with hands and arms.
- Climb straight incline ladders.
- Have use of fingers and hands for packaging and writing.
- Must have color vision.
