- Partner with attorneys across multiple states to move judgments forward efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with courts via phone, online portals, and written correspondence to ensure timely filings.
- Issue, enter, and follow up on default judgments, stipulations, and agreed judgments.
- Process inbound mail from courts and legal partners, keeping everything on track and organized.
- Monitor stipulations and initiate follow-up actions when agreements are broken.
- Tackle daily and weekly file-level task lists with focus and precision.
- Strong multitasking skills and a knack for staying organized under pressure.
- Clear, confident communication across phone, email, and written formats.
- A problem-solving mindset and active listening skills.
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and general office tools is a plus.
- Experience in legal, office, or call center environments is a bonus.
