Position Overview
Rausch Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Physical Therapy to lead clinical operations and support continued growth across our clinics. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure exceptional patient care, outcomes, and satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and support staff, fostering professional development and accountability.
- Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies and procedures in compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations.
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans to optimize recovery and results.
- Conduct patient evaluations and provide direct patient care as needed, ensuring evidence-based best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare partners.
- Manage clinic budgets and resources to meet financial goals while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Analyze and report on clinic performance, patient outcomes, and staff productivity to leadership.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to enhance Rausch Physical Therapy's visibility.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and integrate innovative techniques into clinical practice.
Essential Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
- Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a patient-centered approach.
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Preferred Experience
- Outpatient orthopedic clinical experience.
- Prior supervisory, leadership, or management experience.
- Demonstrated success improving clinic operations and patient outcomes.
- Experience with EMR systems and clinic management software.
