Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong sales skills, the ability to analyze client requirements, and the capability to negotiate effectively. Multilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish or other languages, are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct thorough analyses of clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in sales administration processes and tools.
• Experience in outside sales is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Retail sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
