Balderas Insurance Agency is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to help customers with auto insurance quotes and everyday service needs. This is an in-office position that involves speaking with customers, gathering accurate information, and entering it into our computer systems.
Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers and answer phone calls and messages.
- Gather driver, vehicle, and coverage information for auto insurance quotes.
- Enter customer information accurately into our quoting systems.
- Explain quote options and help customers with applications and policy documents.
- Follow up with customers who have requested quotes.
- Help existing customers with payments, policy questions, and other service requests.
- Keep customer records organized and protect confidential information.
What we’re looking for
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfort using a computer and learning new software.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle several tasks during a busy day.
- Dependability and a willingness to learn.
- P&C license preferred but limited license in auto is ok.
Schedule: Full time, in person. Hours will be discussed during the interview.
