We’re looking for an Electrical Estimator to join our preconstruction team and support commercial, industrial, and specialty electrical construction projects across Michigan. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue growing their estimating career alongside experienced industry leaders.
What You'll Do:
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with project estimates
- Gather and organize subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Support bid preparation and bid day activities
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks
- Collaborate with estimating, project management, field operations, and leadership teams
- Help identify scope gaps, risks, and cost considerations during preconstruction
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of construction experience; electrical preferred
- Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and estimating concepts
- Experience with takeoff/estimating software such as Bluebeam, McCormick, ProEst, or similar
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple estimating projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
