Direct Support Professional - Transportation

This role focuses on helping individuals get to their worksites, appointments, and daily activities while supporting independence, safety, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support, guidance, and companionship to individuals served
- Transport residents to worksites, medical appointments, and community activities during the weekday
- Assist with individualized support plans and daily living skills
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times
- Complete required documentation and participate in team planning
- Respond to emergencies or crisis situations as needed
- Monday-Friday
- 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- No more than 3 at-fault driving incidents in the past 3 years
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is desirable, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
