Mission
The Office Manager provides administrative support to company leadership by understanding the needs of the General Manager and corporate office and ensuring those needs are addressed efficiently and effectively. This includes handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, event planning, and proposal preparation. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. In addition to strong administrative skills and exceptional customer service, this position requires full engagement and a strong sense of urgency. Management of employee records, preparing payroll, orienting new employees, providing guidance on benefit programs, assisting with Drug and Alcohol Testing program and other duties as may be assigned.
This position involves employee engagement, assisting with event set up, clean up.
The position is also responsible for record keeping, benefit management, and general HR Policy Administration for the RATP Dev USA management and supervisory employees.
The position also assists in the processing of Accounts Payable invoices, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and assisting with tracking invoices and payment records related to client billing.
