What You'll Do
- Quote and sell personal auto, homeowners, and other insurance products.
- Utilize our AI-assisted quoting tools to prepare competitive quotes.
- Work with multiple insurance carriers to find suitable coverage options.
- Follow up with prospective customers and incoming leads.
- Build and manage your own book of business.
- Cross-sell and bundle insurance policies.
- Develop long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer and policy information using RateOS.
- Assist customers with renewals and policy reviews.
- Meet individual production and customer service goals.
Required Qualifications
- Active Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License — REQUIRED.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers, insurance software, and modern technology.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Organized, dependable, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous personal lines insurance sales experience.
- Experience quoting auto and homeowners insurance.
- Familiarity with EZLynx or similar insurance platforms.
- Experience working in an independent insurance agency.
- Proven ability to generate sales and maintain customer relationships.
