Right now, we’re preparing to launch the GM of our corporate location to become our newest franchise owner—someone who started inside our system about a year ago. No prior restaurant background. No perfect resume. He’s a few months away from opening his very own Rascal House restaurant.

He came in as a manager. Became a GM. Learned the system. Now he’s stepping into ownership—with our backing.
He’s not the first. There have been 4 others before him. The last manager turned owner got into his store just over a year ago and is crushing it.

You will:
· Start as a Manager or GM – based on your experience in our high volume corporate training location in Cleveland, Ohio.
· Get paid a very respectable salary based on the depth of your experience
· Work towards ownership – not stuck in a job
We will:
- Train you to lead one of our flagship corporate locations
- Provide the tools for you to understand our business in an owner capacity
- Lay out a clear road map and help you towards ownership of a store or partnership
But only if you prove you’re the one who should be there.
