Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Delivery Driver in loading and unloading products from the truck.
Help transport items to residential and business locations.
Use equipment such as pallet jacks and hand tools to handle goods.
Verify order accuracy during loading and delivery.
Support delivery operations using handheld devices for tracking and confirmation.
Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions or resolve concerns.
Assist with scanning, pulling inventory, and prepping loads in the warehouse.
Regularly lift, move, and carry items weighing 10–100 lbs.
Follow all safety and company procedures during delivery and warehouse duties.
Qualifications
Prior warehouse or delivery assistance experience preferred.
Must pass a standard background check.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in varying weather conditions.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take direction.
