The Raritan Bay Area YMCA is hiring Enrichment Camp Specialists to lead a variety of camp specialty programs for the upcoming Summer Camp season. Specialists will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that build skills, foster creativity, and create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all campers.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead daily specialty activities in assigned program area.
- Apply specialty-specific knowledge (e.g., water safety, basic cooking skills, visual arts) in program delivery.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
- Support skill development, creativity, and teamwork through hands-on instruction.

Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Experience working with children in a camp, educational, or recreational setting.
- Demonstrated skills or interest in at least one specialty area.
- Ability to lead engaging activities and manage groups of children in a structured manner.
- CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain.
Salary : $10 - $19
