Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer expectations. This position requires a strong work ethic and efficiency while working collaboratively with team members.
Duties
- Picking and packing of online orders. High attention to detail to ensure orders are packed correctly and the correct bottles are picked to match the customer order. Also ability to move quickly and be efficient with time to ensure meeting goals for amount of orders packed.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring that all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflows and address any operational challenges.
Skills
- Previous order fulfillment experience is preferred (but not a must).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration with supervisors and peers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving within the warehouse operations.
