Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Specialist role based in Miami, FL. The Retail Specialist will welcome guests, provide knowledgeable guidance on fine wine and rare spirits, and support customers in selecting products that match their preferences, occasions, and budgets. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales floor, restocking shelves, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the retail space and private showroom remain clean, organized, and guest-ready. The role also involves processing transactions, handling special orders, and supporting exclusive tastings, events, and limited releases. The Retail Specialist will collaborate closely with the team to achieve sales targets, uphold exceptional service standards, and contribute to a memorable, hospitality-driven experience.

Qualifications
- Retail Sales and Customer Service skills, with experience driving in-store revenue while delivering attentive, hospitality-focused support.
- Product Knowledge and Customer Satisfaction skills, including the ability to learn and communicate details about fine wine, rare spirits, and curated offerings to help guests feel confident and satisfied with their selections.
- Strong Communication skills, both in-person and over phone/email, with a professional and welcoming approach to a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work on-site, including evenings, weekends, and events as needed; reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury environments preferred; interest in wine and spirits and willingness to pursue ongoing product education.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or coursework in wine or spirits (e.g., WSET or similar) is a plus.
