Rare Blue Moon Marketing is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager who knows how to build, manage, and scale profitable campaigns.
This is not an entry level position. You must have at least five years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns and a proven history of producing measurable results.
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage Meta campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Develop strategies focused on leads, sales, and measurable ROI
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize daily
• Test audiences, creative, messaging, offers, and landing pages
• Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns
• Work closely with our creative, sales, and account management teams
• Clearly communicate results, challenges, and next steps
• Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of Meta Ads experience
• Proven success managing significant monthly ad spend
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion strategy
• Experience with tracking, pixels, custom conversions, and attribution
• Ability to analyze data and make fast, intelligent decisions
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Agency experience is strongly preferred
• Must be accountable, competitive, and results driven
Compensation:
The position includes a $70,000 base salary plus aggressive performance incentives. A high performing Meta Ads Manager should have the opportunity to earn approximately $150,000 or more during the first year.
