Rare Blue Moon Marketing is looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to support and grow within our paid social team.
This is a hands-on role for someone with solid experience running Meta campaigns who wants to level up, learn from a high-performing team, and grow into a more senior position over time.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns across multiple client accounts while working closely with senior leadership and creative teams to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram)
- Monitor performance and make daily optimizations
- Assist in testing creatives, audiences, and offers
- Support retargeting and funnel strategies
- Work with the team on landing pages and conversion improvements
- Help ensure accurate tracking, pixel setup, and event optimization
- Report on campaign performance and key metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience running Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization
- Experience with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel, events, and tracking
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and ability to take direction
Compensation
