What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through cold calls, email, networking, and outreach
- Run discovery calls and close deals for digital marketing services
- Build and manage your own pipeline daily
- Follow up relentlessly and stay organized
- Represent a fast-growing, high-level marketing agency
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Cold outreach skills are a must
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Willing to work 60 hours per week to achieve top-tier results
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Compensation
- $50,000 base salary
- Aggressive commission structure
- Expected first-year earnings: $150,000
