We're looking for an Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely cares about client success, and understands digital marketing well enough to confidently communicate strategy and results.
Position Overview
This is not a customer service role.
This is a client success and growth role.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of marketing clients, helping them understand their campaigns, identifying opportunities for growth, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience with Rare Blue Moon Marketing.
The ideal candidate has experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites, lead generation, CRM systems, or digital marketing in general.
You don't need to be the person building campaigns every day, but you should understand the fundamentals and be comfortable discussing strategy with business owners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Conduct recurring client strategy meetings
- Review campaign performance and communicate results
- Coordinate with internal teams including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Web Design, Content, and Operations
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Improve client retention and client satisfaction
- Ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met
- Help clients understand ROI, lead quality, and campaign performance
- Document all client communication within CRM systems
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision makers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience
- Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Marketing agency experience is highly preferred
