What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Rapp's Barren Brewing Company?
Rapp’s Barren Brewing Company is seeking qualified a Line Cook to join our team in our fast paced taproom and gastropub.
The Line Cooks are responsible for prep work, preparing dishes to the company’s standards, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. They will also be required to be familiar with, and implement, health and safety guidelines. With an open concept kitchen, line cooks will need to be customer forward in their demeaner and appearance.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate loves food, is a good communicator, enjoys fast paced environments, and is very team-oriented.
- Proven Line/Prep Cook experience
- Self-motivated, takes initiative
- Execution oriented & enjoys hands-on implementation
- Flexible with a "whatever it takes" attitude
Details:
- Full-time positions available
- Compensation based on experience
- Hours vary, including nights and weekends and some holidays
