Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by converting incoming requests, sales data, and email communications into accurate proposals in NetSuite. This role is responsible for maintaining proposal status visibility, validating key order details, and helping ensure timely, accurate proposal processing.
Responsibilities
- Enter incoming proposals into NetSuite with a high level of accuracy.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Validate pricing, product codes, quantities, and discounts against information provided by sales representatives.
- Resolve proposal or order entry errors by coordinating with sales representatives.
- Update proposal status in NetSuite based on feedback from the sales team.
- Proactively follows up with a strong sense of urgency, providing responsive support to the sales team and helping drive timely execution of priorities and customer commitments.
Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong typing, data entry accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software, including Excel and standard database tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of the security and fire alarm industry is helpful but not required.
- Required to work in an office environment in Maryland Heights, MO.
- Experience in data entry or sales order entry is preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite is helpful but not required.
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with individuals across a wide range of personalities, backgrounds, and communication styles.
$21-23/hour
