Position Overview: The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for overseeing the renewal of client contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met, and managing the relationship between the company and its clients during the renewal phase. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to address any issues, negotiate terms, and facilitate smooth and successful renewals.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma. Relevant certifications or coursework in contract management is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, client relations, or a related field. Experience with Inside sales is a plus. Skills: Personal Attributes:

Position Overview: The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for overseeing the renewal of client contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met, and managing the relationship between the company and its clients during the renewal phase. This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to address any issues, negotiate terms, and facilitate smooth and successful renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Proactively review and analyze expiring contracts to identify renewal opportunities and ensure all renewal terms are aligned with company policies and client needs.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the renewal process. Address client inquiries, provide contract information, and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
- Negotiation: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and contract adjustments. Ensure mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term client relationships.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage renewal documentation, including contract amendments and extensions. Strive to get new contracts on Auto-renewal contract.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on renewal metrics, including success rates, timelines, and client feedback. Provide customer feedback for improvement in the renewal process.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to streamline and enhance the contract renewal process. Propose and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless renewal experience for clients.
- Additional Services: Make customers aware of additional services available to them. Partner with Sales team to set appointments for additional services. Promote payment by ACH.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
