Job Description: As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you’ll be the first point of help for drivers experiencing car trouble. You will respond to service calls and provide assistance such as:
- Jump-starting vehicles
- Tire changes
- Lockout services
- Fuel delivery
- Minor mechanical diagnostics
Drivers:
- Will be paid weekly
- Need to be able to pass a background check
- Must be clean and professional
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls, providing support to stranded motorists.
- Diagnose and resolve roadside issues safely and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers to assess their needs and provide exceptional service
- Maintain service vehicle and equipment, as well as a valid driver's license and adhere to traffic regulations while driving to service locations.
- Complete service reports accurately
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior roadside or automotive experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
