We are HIRING for reliable Rollback Flatbed Drivers willing to work from Sunday - Thursday, at 11pm to 9am or 12am to 10am, in our Tampa Office. This is a night shift position, ideal for someone who thrives during late hours and enjoys working independently.

Rapid Recovery Agency (RRA) is a nationally accredited repossession company with multiple offices across Florida. We specialize in working directly with major banks and financial institutions—no middlemen, no buy-here-pay-here assignments.

What You’ll Do:
- Safely transport vehicles to and from various locations as directed.
- Load, unload, and secure vehicles properly on the flatbed truck.
- Perform daily maintenance checks on the truck and ensure it’s in optimal working condition.
- Maintain a detailed log of all trips, including deliveries and pickups.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, following established protocols.
What You Need:
✔ Experience in the towing or repossession industry as a Flatbed Truck Driver (rollback experience preferred)
✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean record
✔Ability to perform physical tasks related to loading/unloading vehicles.
✔ Self-motivated, results-driven attitude, Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
✔ Ability to pass a drug test & background check
✔ Ability to work night shifts consistently.
✔ Familiarity with RDN, DRN, and ClearPlan (a plus)
