We are HIRING for Night Spotters willing to work from Sunday - Thursday, at 8pm to 5am, in our Tampa Office.

Who We Are:
Rapid Recovery Agency (RRA) is a nationally accredited repossession company with multiple offices across Florida. We specialize in working directly with major banks and financial institutions—no middlemen, no buy-here-pay-here assignments.

What You’ll Do:

• Locate and verify vehicles assigned for repossession
• Use cutting-edge technology to track and report findings
• Work closely with recovery teams to ensure successful vehicle retrieval

What You Need:
✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean record
✔ Sharp investigative mindset & attention to detail
✔ Self-motivated, results-driven attitude
✔ Ability to pass a drug test & background check
✔ Agree to an unpaid ride-along
✔ Familiarity with RDN, DRN, and ClearPlan (a plus)
