Responsibilities
- Perform automotive service tasks, including routine maintenance
- Conduct tire services, including installation, and rotation
- Utilize power tools
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and provide recommendations.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary for vehicle servicing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive service or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport with our clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Experience with automotive diagnostics a plus.
