Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented experienced design assistant to join our creative team. In this role, you will support interior design projects by assisting with layout planning, Kitchen and Cabinet design, and/or renovation concepts.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to develop compelling layout designs using 2020 Design software.
- Assist in creating detailed Kitchen or Cabinets plans and interior concepts that align with client needs and project specifications.
- Support renovation and remodeling projects by coordinating with, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless execution of the project.
- Engage in inside sales and outside sales efforts by demonstrating product demos, upselling high-end kitchen and cabinet designs, and managing customer relationships.
- Manage account details through POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions and inventory control.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering product recommendations, and maintaining organized merchandising displays.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, showcasing kitchen and cabinet designs, and promoting new products or services.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or inside sales roles within the home improvement or interior design industry.
- Familiarity and experience with 2020 Design Program
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful upselling and high-end sales achievements.
- Knowledge of renovation processes, construction principles, remodeling techniques, and maintenance practices.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multipl projects.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
