Now Hiring: Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Associate
Garfield, NJ | $18–$20 per hour (based on experience) | Part-Time or Full-Time
We are a growing Kitchen & Bath store specializing in cabinets and countertops, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Designer / Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with selecting cabinets, countertops, and finishes that fit their style and budget.
- Create kitchen and bath layouts using design software (training available).
- Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and follow up with clients.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming showroom environment.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with design or POS software is a plus).
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
Compensation:
- $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
