What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Specialist position at Raphael House, LLC?
We are currently seeking a very driven person to join our team as a full time program specialist. This position plays a key role in supporting the quality and effectiveness of our residential programs through recordkeeping, progress monitoring, program implementation, quality assurance, and a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with staff to ensure quality services are provided.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university and at least one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism; or
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least two (2) years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism; or
- Associate's degree or a minimum of 60 college credit hours from an accredited college or university and at least four (4) years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn electronic documentation systems.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Successful completion of all required background clearances.
