Requirements- Professional, polished, and punctual demeanor
- 3–5 years of experience as a Busser and/or Food Runner in reputable New York City restaurants (fine dining experience preferred)
- Ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to navigate stairs throughout service
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
- Full-time availability with an open and flexible schedule
- Appreciation for French cuisine and hospitality culture
