In-House Leasing Specialist (Full-Time Employee)
Rany Management owns and self-manages all buildings. No leasing license or real estate license required.
Note: Compensation is comprised of a $40,000 annual base salary plus $200 commission per leasing transaction. Estimated leasing transactions per year are 100 to 120. This job requires a reliable vehicle and the ability to drive to and from multiple buildings located on the North side of Chicago from the lake to the highway.

If so, Rany Management is actively seeking a full-time in-house Leasing Agent to join our team! We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong marketing, sales and customer service background.
Responsibilities include:
- Executing on-line and off-line marketing and advertising efforts for all available residential and commercial spaces
- Responding to phone inquiries; providing complete information on the apartment, the property, and area information
- Presenting the property, vacant unit, and amenities to prospects in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Greeting and assisting walk-in prospective tenants, providing tours and answering questions about available units and amenities
- Providing prospects with rental application, and all collateral material
- Following up with a phone call and thank you email within 24 hours of property tour
- Compiling all rental application information for approval; verifying all pertinent information and submitting to the office for approval
- Drafting leases and riders for signatures
- Following through to make sure tenants sign leases and pay balances due
- Assisting colleagues with other tasks as necessary, including but not limited to lease renewals for current tenants, assisting front desk staff in handling incoming calls effectively, move-out inspections, etc.
Rany Management owns and operates our buildings so this is an in-house position with direct access to all of our residential and commercial listings.

Schedule:
- Typically four weekdays plus one weekend day per week.
- Nights and weekends required during peak leasing season.

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
