Role Description
This is an independent contractor role as a Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as handling ads, setting appointments, and processing residential leases. Additionally, the role includes duties in customer service, such as assisting potential tenants, providing property information, and guiding clients through the leasing process.
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of real estate market in Chicago is a plus
