Warehouse and Delivery Associate

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse and Delivery Associate to join our window and door team. This role involves managing warehouse operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience driving trailers, unloading product from semi-trucks, organizing warehouse product, and route driving, along with a strong work ethic and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
• Safely operate company vehicles and towing trailers
• Deliver products to customers efficiently along assigned routes, ensuring timely arrivals
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Assist in warehouse organization, inventory management, and stock replenishment
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns professionally
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during loading, unloading, and driving activities

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations and delivery driving preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Strong customer service skills with professional communication abilities
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely including large window/door panels and full window units
• Knowledge of route planning and route driving best practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
