Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- 2 years supporting mobile devices, wireless products, or telecommunications technologies
- Background in technical support, help desk, device support, or troubleshooting environments
- Hands-on exposure to smartphones, tablets, wearables, or connected mobile technologies
- Experience working with wireless carriers, telecom providers, or carrier-related products (a plus)
- Familiarity with device testing, quality assurance, certifications, or compliance activities (a plus)

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Support mobile devices throughout the product certification and carrier approval lifecycle
- Validate device functionality against carrier requirements and regional specifications
- Perform hands-on testing of smartphones, tablets, wearables, and other connected devices
- Coordinate activities across engineering, QA, product, and carrier-facing teams
- Track testing progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Identify issues, document findings, and coordinate resolution with the appropriate teams
- Verify compliance with carrier specifications, network requirements, and regulatory standards
- Maintain detailed testing records, logs, reports, and supporting documentation
- Monitor carrier feature requirements and help ensure devices remain compliant with evolving standards
- Participate in product reviews, testing discussions, and cross-functional planning activities
- Escalate technical concerns and coordinate remediation efforts through resolution
- Support device launch readiness initiatives across multiple carrier partners
