Seeking highly motivated Real Estate Property Manager for full-time employment with small family-owned New York City real estate management firm. Agent will act as a liaison between property owners, tenants, and service providers, ensuring smooth operations, financial efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Must have a driver’s license and vehicle. Agent will spend approximately 50% of their time in the field and 50% of time in the office. Must be comfortable and able to work in a small business environment. Experience within the industry as well Excel, Word and Outlook recommended.
