We are looking for a Fund Accountant . You will work in an ambitious and growing environment. In this role, you will be assisting the Controller in coordinating the (fund) reporting by keeping track of deadlines and deliverables, communicating with different internal and external stakeholders, and preparing and reviewing fund reporting (templates). Real Estate Fund Accounting.
Good experience with NAV calculations & financial statement preparation, capable of light self-review type work

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Job requirements
· Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field equivalent
· Prior experience in fund level accounting preferred with real estate accounting or fund accounting software systems
· Requires intermediate knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) regulations including intermediate knowledge of financial terms and principles to include accounting methods (cash, accrual, and full GAAP). Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts intermediate financial analysis.
· Solid technical financial skills and knowledge of GAAP, FASB, REIS, IFRS, and in-region/in-country standards where applicable
