We’re looking for a Coffee Shop Manager / Lead Barista who will take ownership of the day-to-day experience in the shop—someone who leads from the floor, sets the tone for hospitality, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset to growing the business within our brand.
This is a hands-on role: part leader, part barista, part operator.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Experience
- Set the hospitality tone—warm, welcoming, and consistent every day
- Ensure every guest feels seen, comfortable, and taken care of
- Be a presence on the floor during peak hours, leading by example
Own the Product & Standards
- Maintain high standards for coffee, matcha, tea, and food quality
- Ensure consistency in drinks, presentation, and overall experience
- Continuously look for small ways to improve quality and efficiency
Lead & Develop the Team
- Train, support, and coach baristas with a balance of kindness and accountability
- Create a culture that is approachable, positive, and team-oriented
- Help build a team that takes pride in the space and their work
Run Daily Operations
- Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and opening/closing routines
- Keep the shop organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly
Think Like an Owner
- Look for opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, and guest experience
- Contribute ideas for events, partnerships, and in-shop activations
- Help evolve the shop while staying aligned with the Range & Co. brand
What You Bring
- A naturally warm, approachable leadership style
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Experience in coffee or hospitality (barista leadership experience preferred)
- Ability to manage both people and operations without losing the guest experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Interest in growing with a brand—not just working shifts
