Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Saturday, 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Job Overview
Rangam is seeking a Phlebotomist to provide high-quality patient care and specimen collection services. This role involves direct interaction with patients, performing blood draws, and ensuring accurate specimen handling while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Work Environment
- Patient service centers, clinics, or physician offices
- May require travel between multiple locations
- Fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood collection using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved techniques
- Handle pediatric and geriatric specimen collection with care and accuracy
- Prepare, label, and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient identity and ensure proper documentation and labeling
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and safety standards
- Provide clear communication and instructions to patients to ensure comfort and trust
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Travel to different locations as needed to support operations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong knowledge of specimen collection and handling procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if applicable

- Mileage reimbursement may be provided where applicable
- Must be available for flexible scheduling based on business needs
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
