Role: Laboratory Technician (Recent Graduate/Biology/Chemistry/Specimens/Samples)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 4 PM–12:30 AM
Duration: 6 Months Contract with Temporary to permanent Opportunity
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Rangam is seeking a Laboratory Technician who will work in a Toxicology lab performing initial drug screening (urine/oral fluids) per SAMHSA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate & maintain screening instruments
- Perform testing (EIA, ELISA, CEDIA, pH, refractometers)
- Review results & troubleshoot issues
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, SAMHSA & confidentiality standards
Requirements:
- BS in Chemistry or Biology
- Knowledge of lab instrumentation & screening methods
- Familiarity with SAMHSA/CAP regulations & LIS systems (preferred)
- Basic math, communication & problem-solving skills
- Able to work in fast-paced, regulated lab environment
Pay: $19.00 per hour
