Receptionist (6-Month Contract, Potential to Extend)
Location: Onsite, 5 days/week — No remote option
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
We’re seeking a polished, proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, agents, and visitors. This role manages front desk operations, provides exceptional customer service, and supports general office functions in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in person and by phone/email
- Manage calls, conference room bookings, and meeting logistics
- Provide administrative support to office managers and agents
- Assist with office troubleshooting, events, and catering coordination
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer-facing experience in an office setting (not call center)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Professional, business-casual appearance and demeanor
- Fingerprinting required prior to start
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting managers or large teams
