Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Accurately enter, confirm, and process orders in the system.
- Provide updates on product availability, order status, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Sales, Supply Chain) to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with additional customer service tasks during peak periods.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or order management experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (onsite remote).
