Location: Harrisburg, PA 17110

Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite per week)

Complete Description:

This position isa Senior Technical Business Lead dedicated to client’s application development team. This position will be bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within client organizations. This position will work directly with the client Section Manager to solve IT business solution needs and problems.

The client is looking for a Senior Technical Business Lead with strong communication skills, and expert knowledge of the Application Development lifecycle, as well as experience in DevOps. This position is a crucial role in bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within client organizations.

The Candidate will be responsible for:

• Plan and coordinate daily stand up with development team.
• Working directly with Client Section Management to solve IT Business solution needs and problems.
• Collaborating with the Client Application team to identify and fix technical problems.
• Provide and lead Incident Management & Change Management for client Application support team.
• Provide weekly status updates on development teams project, task, and initiatives
• Responsible for application inventory, application support documentation & organization of Client application portfolio
• Review specification business requirements and collaborate with the team on development level of effort estimations for requirements.
• Involved in adopting COTS products for Client

Desired Experience/Skills:

• DevOps experience
• Familiar with the SCRUM/iterative/waterfall development.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ITSM. Including Remedy & ServiceNow
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand client requirements
• IT Project Management
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• The ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues.
